What you'll do

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for simple to complex tax returns.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Engage with new prospects and nurture leads.
• Interact with customers in-person and via video tools.
