The Direct Support Professional (Caregiver) role is onsite in Menomonie, WI, with pay of $17 per hour and a $1.50-per-hour differential for weekend hours. Aurora Residential Alternatives supports adults with cognitive and mental health disabilities in residential group homes. The caregiver supports residents’ daily needs and independence through personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, transportation, and community and social activities, following each person’s service plan.

What you'll do

• Support community and social integration
• help residents plan activities and outings
• assist with dressing, bathing, oral care, toileting, and shaving
• administer medication
• plan and prepare meals
• transport residents
• follow individual service plans.
