The role exists to conduct independent medical evaluations for veterans to assist the VA in disability determinations. The physician will review medical records, perform non-treating physical assessments, and complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires through a secure portal to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

What you'll do

• Review and analyze veterans' medical records through a secure web portal.
• Conduct comprehensive, non-treating assessments of veterans to document current health conditions.
• Complete and submit Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) based on VA-specific templates.
• Ensure all DBQs are thorough, accurate, and submitted within 24 hours of the assessment.
• Assess up to four veterans daily.
