Job overview

What you'll do
- Provide Tier 2 support for research and development applications
- troubleshoot application, access, and user issues
- track and resolve support tickets
- monitor application health
- assist with incident resolution and root-cause investigations
- support user provisioning and access reviews
- assist with data archival, migration, and validation
- support application testing, upgrades, and implementations
- work with users, vendors, and IT teams
- maintain troubleshooting guides and support documentation.
