What you'll do

• Manage a family law caseload
• provide strategic guidance on complex cases and litigation
• mentor junior attorneys and legal paraprofessionals
• review pleadings, motions, discovery, and work product
• assist with hiring, training, and development
• improve systems and workflows
• represent clients in court as needed
• prepare legal documents and maintain organized client files.
