The Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative role is hybrid after successful completion of training, based in Oswego, IL. Compensation is $18–$24 per hour. What you'll do

• Answer incoming member calls about account services, online banking, loans, transfers, account maintenance, and other financial needs. Assist with online and mobile banking and basic troubleshooting
• review account information
• research and resolve concerns
• recommend relevant products and services
• assist with consumer and mortgage loan applications
• identify and escalate potential fraud
• protect confidential information
• contribute to team goals.
