This role leads complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives. It also manages project documentation, financial reporting, risks, and field coordination while supporting and mentoring less experienced team members.

What you'll do

• Lead commercial construction projects through planning, execution, and closeout
• manage scope, schedule, budgets, costs, commitments, change orders, and financial reporting
• coordinate clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, suppliers, field teams, estimating, and operations
• maintain schedules and project records
• lead meetings and address risks
• support and mentor less experienced team members.
