What you'll do

• Greet and qualify prospects
• conduct community tours and show apartments
• process applications and screenings
• prepare leases and move-in packages
• inspect apartments before move-in
• monitor market and competitor conditions
• execute marketing and referral activities
• maintain property-management records
• follow up with prospects and residents
• prepare renewal packages
• respond to resident and owner concerns.
