What you'll do

• Conduct loan monitoring and credit reviews
• evaluate borrower and sponsor financial statements, rent rolls, project reports, and credit conditions
• coordinate site visits and prepare reports
• contribute to portfolio reporting, stress testing, market analysis, asset allocation, reserves, and non-performing loan analysis
• maintain risk ratings and annual reviews
• ensure credit-policy and regulatory compliance
• track covenants and financial statements
• assist with loan modifications and borrower financial updates
• draft memos on material changes
• participate in meetings, training, and projects.
