• Conduct leasing appointments and property tours

• maintain leasing records
• assist with move-ins, move-outs, package management, room assignments, and roommate matching
• coordinate resident and leasing events
• create social media content
• audit digital listings
• prepare reports
• build local and university relationships
• coordinate with the service team.
