Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP) / Caregiver

The Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP) / Caregiver role is onsite in Arvada, CO. Compensation is $20–$21 per hour. The caregiver works in Rocky Mountain Assisted Living homes under the direction and supervision of house and wellness leadership. The role supports residents’ daily care and well-being by assisting with activities of daily living, administering medications under Colorado regulations and company policy, and communicating changes in resident condition. It also helps maintain a clean home, conduct activities, and document care each shift.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to care plans
• administer routine and PRN medications in accordance with Colorado regulations and company policy
• report changes in resident condition

• document in communication, activity, and medication administration logs.
