What you'll do

• Provide guest service and recommend products
• support store sales initiatives and guest relationships
• process purchases and returns through the POS system
• respond to guest questions and escalate issues
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• assist with training, feedback, scheduling, and payroll
• maintain store cleanliness and merchandising
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• protect assets through inventory control and loss prevention
• complete inventory counts, shipment checks, transaction reconciliation, and opening and closing procedures
• supervise and delegate to associates when the Store Manager is absent.
