What you'll do

• Work with the chief engineer and program managers across projects
• generate, analyze, decompose, and review requirements with customers
• maintain interface control documents, verification and validation plans, and test plans
• manage configuration processes and conduct functional analysis and trade studies
• translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications
• assess system performance and interface compatibility
• oversee reliability, maintainability, and human systems integration analyses
• formalize systems engineering approaches and tools.
