What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site-specific security procedures
• conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, perimeter, access points, and parking areas
• monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain logs
• respond professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• escalate concerns to appropriate personnel or emergency responders
• communicate with site contacts, company leadership, and responding agencies
• document observations and actions.
