Customer Service Representative — Inside Sales

The Customer Service Representative — Inside Sales role is onsite in Milwaukee, WI; compensation is $20–$23 per hour. The role supports the FASTSIGNS Center by serving as an initial contact for current and prospective customers. The representative helps customers move from inquiry to completed order by preparing estimates, implementing work orders, coordinating timely delivery, and building lasting client relationships. The role also contributes to daily team meetings and the center’s business and marketing plans.
