• Verify Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance coverage
• manage new patient setups and service requests across regional locations
• communicate with patients, caregivers, referral sources, and internal teams
• maintain documentation under company and JCAHO standards
• lead onboarding and training for new locations
• identify workflow improvements
• provide technical assistance
• collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve issues.
