What you'll do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
• develop safety and crisis intervention plans as needed
• collaborate with families and stakeholders
• train and coach technicians
• oversee behavior programs and evaluate interventions
• provide clinical supervision under BACB and IBHS standards
• support quality assurance and utilization reviews.
