What you'll do

• Oversee regional transportation operations, terminals, carrier performance, personnel, asset utilization, compliance, safety, and cost controls
• support driver safety, accident investigations, and training
• manage dedicated fleets
• coordinate with sales, operations, production, and supply chain
• improve productivity and delivery performance
• develop procedures, budgets, carrier bids, and performance reporting
• lead transportation initiatives.
