What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
• ensure excellent guest service and adequate staffing
• recruit, coach, train, and develop hourly employees
• manage inventory, ordering, and receiving
• maintain product quality, cleanliness, maintenance, and safety
• comply with company policies and applicable regulations
• review financial reports and Mystery Shop scores and initiate corrective action
• develop operational and financial plans
• maintain labor schedules and weekly paperwork
• recommend and implement local marketing programs as directed.
