What you'll do

• Follow up with prospects and register accurate prospect information
• manage sales objections and set purchase expectations
• guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, home sale, finishes, and construction
• explain the building process and present home value
• financially qualify buyers using knowledge of financing programs
• review plans with customers and coordinate with banks and the construction team
• support and coach other sales-team members.
