• Track leads, opportunities, and pipeline stages
• maintain CRM data integrity
• use Power BI dashboards and prepare summary reports
• support consignment stock tracking and reconciliation
• coordinate sample requests and inventory records
• monitor PCN logs and communicate changes to stakeholders.
