Construction Superintendent

The Construction Superintendent role is onsite in Arlington, WA, with a stated base salary of $130,000–$150,000 plus bonus and vehicle. Projects are primarily along the Seattle-to-Arlington corridor, including upcoming work in Ballard and Seattle. Fullwiler Construction builds townhomes, residential infill projects, custom homes, and select multifamily developments. The role leads projects from groundbreaking through completion, combining jobsite leadership with project coordination and administration. It supports quality construction, schedule and budget control, and clear communication with clients, trades, inspectors, and company leadership.

What you'll do

• Oversee jobsite operations
• coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, permits, utilities, and city interactions
• ensure workmanship quality
• manage punch lists and closeout
• perform light carpentry or jobsite adjustments when needed
• track budgets and approve project invoices
• maintain daily logs and project documentation
• provide weekly client and leadership updates
• participate in biweekly leadership meetings
• prepare material takeoffs, request bids, assist with change-order pricing, and maintain photo and project tracking records.
