Quality Improvement Director

In collaboration with clinical leadership and clinic teams, the director oversees performance measures, supports audits and patient grievance responses, and coordinates quality and risk-management training.

What you'll do

• Administer quality improvement and risk management programs
• develop and improve quality activities, workflows, and standard work
• engage staff in continuous improvement
• monitor goals and report outcomes
• oversee FQHC, FTCA, and PCMH program requirements
• prepare for and facilitate health plan and public funder audits
• respond to formal patient grievances
• oversee assigned clinical performance measures
• coordinate PCMH initiatives, quality assurance, peer review, and training
• supervise the Program Manager.
