• Prepare apartments for new tenants through wall repair, painting, caulking, cleaning, appliance inspection and repair, light plumbing, electrical repairs, and flooring touch-ups or replacement.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests, inspect grounds and common areas, maintain tools and work areas, communicate supply and timeline needs, and meet safety and quality standards.
