What you'll do

• Review and execute firewall service requests, break-fix tickets, and formal change requests
• facilitate decommissioning and refresh of end-of-life hardware
• implement security controls and configurations for IRS, FBI, and CJI compliance
• configure and manage Cisco ASA and Palo Alto firewalls
• participate in weekly on-call rotation and after-hours maintenance or emergency response.
