Maintenance Assistant

What you'll do

• Assist with painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs
• respond to work orders
• perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• help ensure compliance with safety and building codes
• maintain tools and work areas
• assist with emergency repairs and after-hours on-call maintenance as needed
• support snow removal, landscaping, and pest control.
