The Customer Service Representative I role is onsite in Tolleson, AZ, and pays $21 to $23 per hour. The role supports customer satisfaction by answering product and delivery questions, processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery issues. It coordinates with warehouse managers and other customer service representatives to keep orders moving and address customer concerns.

What you'll do

• Answer product and delivery questions
• suggest information about products
• process orders and prepare correspondence
• track customer orders and resolve delivery issues
• build customer relationships through open communication
• meet call-handling and order-entry quotas
• handle complaints and provide solutions
• maintain customer pricing records
• coordinate with warehouse managers on late, large, or additional orders
• expedite back-order and open-order reports.
