Engineering Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and develop manufacturing engineers, programmers, and CAD/CAM personnel
• establish engineering standards and documentation controls
• oversee fabrication and assembly process development
• improve setup, cycle times, material use, and workflow
• support production troubleshooting and corrective actions
• review customer designs for manufacturability
• lead new product introduction, quoting support, quality coordination, and continuous improvement.
