What you'll do

• Administer Windows servers, workstations, user accounts, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
• provide help desk and desktop support
• troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues
• install, configure, update, and maintain equipment and software
• support virtualization, shared drives, storage, and corporate IT services
• maintain security controls, permissions, endpoint protection, updates, and backups
• monitor system availability and performance
• document support requests, configurations, assets, and procedures
• assist with upgrades, deployments, onboarding, and offboarding
• follow NIST and CMMC-related security and compliance requirements
• provide occasional after-hours support.
