What you'll do

• Develop and execute a market growth plan
• generate new opportunities through relationships, outreach, industry involvement, and collaboration with business development
• expand existing client relationships
• lead client meetings, presentations, proposals, scope development, and fee negotiations
• coordinate staffing and schedules
• provide technical leadership in site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting
• manage client satisfaction, budgets, scope changes, invoicing, and collection support
• recruit, mentor, and develop staff
• forecast pipeline and report on backlog, revenue, profitability, and staffing
• support quality standards and professional engineering responsibilities.
