What you'll do

• Develop and implement Career Services plans and programs
• lead workshops, employer events, job fairs, and networking opportunities
• coach and support the Career Services team
• advise students and alumni on career goals, resumes, job searches, and interviews
• build employer and community partnerships
• track employment outcomes and prepare placement reports
• coordinate Federal Work-Study placements with Financial Aid
• collaborate with academic departments and campus partners.
