Maintenance Superintendent

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians
• manage preventive maintenance programs, work orders, and equipment reliability
• coordinate labor schedules, assignments, and weekly payroll approvals
• respond to equipment failures and support production
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls-related issues
• improve maintenance documentation and spare-parts organization
• coordinate with operations, quality teams, vendors, contractors, and OEMs
• support capital projects and facility improvements
• ensure OSHA, safety, regulatory, and PSM compliance
• oversee ammonia refrigeration maintenance
• develop and mentor maintenance personnel.
