What you'll do

• Review drawings, specifications, equipment layouts, and project documentation
• develop detailed cost estimates
• coordinate with engineering, procurement, preconstruction, and operations
• perform quantity take-offs and analyze vendor and subcontractor quotations
• support value engineering
• assess constructability risks
• participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits
• maintain estimating databases using historical costs and market trends.
