What you'll do

• Operate broiler and grill stations
• cook steaks, seafood, and other proteins to specified temperatures
• maintain sear, doneness, speed, and consistency
• follow recipes, portion controls, and plating standards
• monitor cooking temperatures
• coordinate with expediting
• maintain clean, organized workstations
• assist with protein preparation
• follow food-safety and sanitation guidelines
• complete tasks assigned by chefs and kitchen leadership.
