What you'll do

• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to Intensive Care Coordinators and assigned staff
• review cases, service plans, crisis plans, assessments, and documentation
• oversee Wraparound model implementation and fidelity
• monitor program outcomes and compliance
• coordinate training and quality improvement
• collaborate with families, schools, CSBs, and community partners.
