What you'll do

• Translate strategy into category plans
• optimize the Fittings portfolio and assortment
• manage product lifecycles, priorities, and resources
• use customer insights and market trends to guide plans
• oversee category revenue, margin, inventory productivity, and profitability
• partner on P&L, pricing, and investment planning
• coordinate cross-functional portfolio reviews and development
• oversee product development, design integrity, technical precision, compliance, and quality
• work with vendors and global partners
• guide merchandising strategy and customer experiences
• coach and develop the Product Development and Merchandising team.
