What you'll do

• Schedule appointments and serve walk-ins for PIV card activations, enrollments, certificate updates, and PIN resets
• answer credential and access-control inquiries
• verify applicant identities and documents
• collect and document personal and biometric information
• maintain secure records and tracking spreadsheets
• explain enrollment steps
• address customer concerns and escalate issues
• stay current on applicable procedures and participate in training.
