What you'll do

• Work with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and operations to gather and analyze data for bid packages
• prepare cost estimates, budgets, quantity takeoffs, and project schedules
• identify labor, equipment, material, and duration cost factors
• read plans and bid documents
• analyze construction staging and workflows
• travel to jobsites to gather project information
• and maintain supplier and subcontractor files.
