The Warehouse Management Trainee is an onsite role based in Gurnee, IL. Compensation is $26 to $32 per hour. This role supports Uline's Kenosha facility, a large-scale distribution center focused on high-quality shipping and packaging products. The role exists to provide an 18-month rotational training program where the trainee learns all aspects of warehouse operations management. The trainee participates in hands-on training across inbound, outbound, and supporting departments to develop leadership skills and operational expertise.
