What you'll do

• Develop menus that meet residents’ nutritional requirements, dietary restrictions, preferences, and cultural backgrounds
• oversee food preparation, production, and service
• manage food and supply inventory
• supervise and train dietary staff
• inspect kitchen, dining, and storage areas for health and safety compliance
• coordinate with nursing, activities, and administration
• participate in interdisciplinary meetings, quality improvement, and regulatory surveys.
