What you'll do

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and service schedules
• portion and serve meals at the correct temperature and presentation standards
• maintain service records
• clean the kitchen and store or discard excess food safely
• keep refrigerators and storerooms orderly
• operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• assist with production planning, records, ordering, and receiving
• report maintenance needs or accidents
• attend safety meetings
• follow HACCP and company safety procedures.
