Maintenance Manager — Hybrid Field and Office

What you'll do

• Manage maintenance budgets, supplies, inventory, service requests, make-readies, and projects
• conduct safety inspections and ensure regulatory compliance
• hire, coach, schedule, train, and supervise staff
• own resident and property-owner service
• improve response times and service reliability
• partner with Good Life Property Management and scale operations.
