What you'll do

• Secure and outfit the operating footprint
• build local vendor relationships
• coordinate licensing and regulatory requirements
• prepare vehicles and activate drivers
• hire and train the local operations team
• manage fleet operations, scheduling, dispatch, maintenance, and vehicle availability
• grow driver supply and fleet size
• manage budgets, KPIs, and financial metrics
• conduct safety audits and address compliance risks.
