Sales Development Representative (SDR) II

Job overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) II role is remote, with the Central Time Zone preferred. The stated annual base salary is $73,850–$94,950. The role supports Parsec’s manufacturing operations management software business and reports to the Director of Demand Generation. The SDR II generates qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, event engagement, and strategic account outreach. The role works across Marketing, Sales, Customer Marketing, and Channel teams to support new customer acquisition, customer expansion, and partner-generated pipeline.

What you'll do

• Run multichannel outbound campaigns
• research target accounts and stakeholders
• build prospect lists
• qualify opportunities and schedule meetings
• respond to and route inbound leads
• support event outreach and follow-up
• coordinate partner and customer growth outreach
• maintain CRM records and report pipeline and activity metrics
• improve SDR playbooks and processes.
