What you'll do

• Coordinate trauma performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives
• support compliance with DSHS, Joint Commission, and other applicable standards
• collect, report, and analyze trauma quality data, including NTDB requirements
• perform chart abstraction and review documentation
• develop spreadsheets, reports, and statistical analyses
• monitor clinical indicators and support corrective actions
• collaborate with clinical teams
• maintain confidential and accurate documentation.

Why this role
