What you'll do

• Operate, maintain, and manage telecommunications networks
• respond to dispatch, NOC, or leadership calls and document escalated issues in a ticketing system
• coordinate high-priority incidents and troubleshooting of layer 1–3 issues
• support complex projects and advise Technician I and II staff
• ensure jobsite safety and security requirements are met.
