What you'll do

• Support in-person or virtual hearings for Administrative Law Judges and Indian Probate Judges
• act as a duly appointed master in Indian Probate cases, administer oaths, and conduct evidentiary hearings under supervision
• address motions and evidence admissibility
• regulate hearing proceedings and examine witnesses as needed
• conduct factual and legal research and draft orders, memoranda, and decisions
• support electronic filing and case docket management modernization.
