What you'll do

• Clean apartments, including bedrooms and bathrooms
• clean corridors, storage and trash rooms, elevator lobbies, and common areas
• report equipment malfunctions
• use universal precautions in restrooms
• respond courteously to resident requests
• schedule routine apartment cleaning
• communicate delays
• report concerns and breakage
• avoid moving furniture and refer requests to maintenance or the Housekeeping Director
• provide additional cleaning during emergencies or staff shortages.
