Job overview
The Founding Product Manager role is an onsite position based in New York, NY. Compensation is $160,000–$300,000 per year, supporting Sola's mission to transform digital work through AI automation. This role exists to define the product roadmap and strategy for Sola's enterprise AI platform. The manager will partner with leadership to design intuitive user experiences and ensure the platform meets the complex needs of Fortune 100 clients.

- Drive features end-to-end from requirements to shipping.
- Talk to users to identify pain points.
- Represent user needs and engineering tradeoffs.
