Caregiver Team Lead

Compensation is $20–$22 per hour. The Caregiver Team Lead role is onsite in Plymouth, MN. The role supports Senior Helpers’ clients and caregivers in the Plymouth community. This position bridges caregivers, clients, and the office team by providing care coverage when needed, helping onboard and train caregivers, and supporting scheduling and daily operations so client needs and care standards are met.

What you'll do

• Provide care coverage during emergencies and caregiver call-offs
• help onboard and train new caregivers
• lead introductions and hand-offs for new clients
• assist with caregiver scheduling
• help manage call-offs, late arrivals, early departures, and declined assignments
• review daily logs and biweekly timesheets
• assist with office operations
• communicate updates and concerns to the Care Team Manager and administrative team.

Why this role

At least 3 years of care experience required; CNA preferred but not required. Schedule is 12-hour days, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, 2–3 weekdays plus every other weekend. Travel up to 60 minutes from the Plymouth office to clients throughout the western suburbs. Paid time off, Health Management Plan, and retirement plan offered.
